You already hold the people. You keep them in a spreadsheet, and every week you send the same CVs to people who never reply. Put them on BestHirePath instead, where Singapore employers read them — and where the employer who wants one of your workers gets you, not somebody else.

It is one file and one button. Download the template, fill the columns, upload it. We check every row on the spot and tell you exactly which rows failed and why, so you can fix them and send it again — not guess.

Only a licensed agency can put a foreign worker on the board — he cannot list himself — and every accepted member is filed under the job type his trade belongs to: 161 job types across 22 fields, so the employer hiring welders sees welders.

Agencies from 16 countries, Singapore included. A licensed agency in the Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Myanmar, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Laos or Bhutan may upload its members, and a Singapore-licensed agency may list its own members, Singaporeans included.

Send the members you hold now who want a job in Singapore — not your whole register. Every agency that registers holds 500 free worker spaces on the board — USD150 worth at our promotional price. So pick the members who are ready: passport in hand, medical done, ready to travel. Those spaces are free while this lasts, and the 500 are USD150 worth of space. Every one of them must be a current member of your agency, and your agency warrants it may show his details to Singapore employers.

Spaces are one-time use, so choose your 500 carefully. A space is spent the moment a worker goes on the board, and it does not come back when an employer takes him or he drops out. Post 400 of your 500 and you have 100 left — and if 25 of those 400 are hired, you still have 100, not 125. Need more than the 500? Before you start: the six things every row must have

1. A real name

One name per person. Not "Worker 1", not a placeholder. And one row per person on the whole board: if someone you list is already on BestHirePath under another agency, your row for him is refused and he stays with the agency that listed him first. So list a man once — sending him again, or sending someone another agency already listed, will not put him on twice.

2. His date of birth

Written as YYYY-MM-DD (example 1985-04-09). Two men can share a name — this is how we tell them apart, so the same person cannot sit on the board twice under two agencies. It also decides which MOM salary floor applies to him. We never guess it: a missing or unreadable date means the row is refused.

3. A contact that is unique

An email address or a mobile number for that person, and no other worker on the board may share it. A duplicate is refused — that is how one person becomes three rows.

4. The country they are from

And, if you have it, the city they are in now.

5. The work they do

Construction, meat processing, cleaning, manufacturing, food and beverage, shipyard, healthcare, driving, security, retail. One work type per person.

6. Their own agreement

Your agency confirms that every worker in the file is a current member of your agency, and that you are entitled to share his name, date of birth, contact and work details so employers hiring for Singapore can see them — you brought him to us, so the disclosure rests on your agency’s agreement. You confirm this on upload and we record your confirmation. This is not optional. Any worker can ask us or you to take him off the board at any time.

What happens after you upload

This is the part that replaces the emails. Instead of sending each new member's details to one Singapore agency after another and hoping one of them is hiring, you post once — and the employers and agencies hiring that trade are already looking at the board.

Every row is checked on the spot. You get the count that went in, and the exact reasons for the ones that did not — row by row.
Accepted workers are on the board straight away, under your agency's name and country, each one filed under the trade he actually works. Anyone searching that trade sees the work — never your worker's name, phone number, CV or address.
An employer or a Singapore agency chooses the individual they want — by the person, not from a list. You never search or apply for jobs on your workers' behalf; the people doing the hiring come to the board.
Then we come to you — and you have 24 hours. You are told which worker was chosen and by whom, and one click confirms he is still yours, still available and still right for the job. Nothing identifying him moves before you have had your say. If 24 hours pass with no answer we read it as not available: that employer is charged nothing, and your worker comes off the board. A yes takes your worker off the board as well — held, not removed — and one more click from you tells us whether he has been hired, which is how we count the people the board places.
The two of you deal directly from there. We pass you the employer's details — or the Singapore agency the employer names — and the two of you work out the arrangement. We are not in that conversation, and we take nothing out of it.
Your worker pays us nothing, and pays you nothing for being listed. Listing is free for a limited time — your 500 spaces are worth USD150 and cost you nothing.

Straight limits. We are new: a handful of Singapore employers so far, not thousands, which is why this is free. We do not promise anyone a job or a work pass — MOM decides passes, and only your agency and the employer can agree a hire. BestHirePath is a job board, not an employment agency, and we never charge a worker for anything.
