See whether a job can actually be filed, before you spend your evening on it.
Every ad here carries the pay the employer actually put in the ad, and whether that pay clears MOM’s salary rules for the pass they will file — the pass itself is never printed on the ad, so ask the employer which one they will file before you apply. A free check on the ad tells you what the same rule means for somebody your age. All of it sits on the ad card and on the employer’s own dashboard, with nothing hidden behind a login. When the numbers do not work for you, you find out on the screen instead of three weeks later.
If you are looking for work
You are the person this board was built around — whether you are in Singapore already, or still abroad and qualified to come.
- See the check first. The published pay, and whether that pay clears the rule for the person the employer is hiring. If it does not clear, you find out before you apply, not after three interviews.
- Apply in one form. Name, email, phone, where you are from, and your consent. That is the whole thing.
- No account, no password, no dashboard to remember. What happens after you apply comes to you by email, from the employer or from us. You will never be asked to log in to find out where you stand.
- Your CV reviewed, free. The tools check the document, not you.
What it costs you: nothing. No fee to apply, none for an introduction, none for a job, and none for a pass — that last one is a crime in Singapore, and we would not touch it. If anyone ever asks you for money to get a Singapore job, that is a scam.
If you are hiring
The expensive mistake in a foreign hire is finding out late that the salary you offered cannot be filed for the person you want.
- Your ad gets the same check, before it goes live. So do the ads you are competing with. You see what a candidate sees.
- Post it yourself, in one form. Title, pay, location, what the job involves. The pass is asked privately and is never printed on the ad.
- You see the trade and the work history, not a phone number. No name, no email, no date of birth — the name and the contact details are arranged through the agency that holds him, or the Singapore agency acting for him, once he is confirmed available.
- No card, no subscription, nothing to cancel. The first 300 employers get 5 free postings each while the board fills.
- After that, posting packs and optional boosts — and never a charge for a hire or a placement.
Two pages worth ten minutes: what salary a pass needs, and what a foreign hire actually costs.
What we will never do
- Never charge a candidate. Not for applying, not for an introduction, not for a job, not for a pass.
- Never promise a pass or a job. Only MOM approves a pass, and only an employer makes an offer. We are a job board, not an agency, and we are not licensed to place anyone.
- Never judge people with AI. The checks run on the ad — the pay, whether it clears MOM’s floor for the role the employer is filling, and the wording. If a person is being scored, it is not us doing it.
- Never claim a check we did not do. We do not verify your certificates or your identity document ourselves. When someone else has checked something, their name is on the line next to it.
Where this board is today
It is new, and we would rather you knew that than worked it out later. The ads on it are real employer ads for real Singapore roles, and there are few of them so far. The free postings for the first 300 employers exist to change that quickly. If you post a job and nothing sensible happens, tell us at hello@besthirepath.com — that is a fault in our board, not a fact about your job.
