Find a licensed agency by the workers you actually need
You need 12 construction workers from India, or six meat-processing staff, or a cleaning crew. The hard part is not finding people who claim they can supply them — it is knowing which agency is licensed for that work in their own country, and how to check.
Below are the kinds of worker Singapore employers ask us for most. Each one is a different licence, a different Government register and a different set of rules. Tell us which you need and the country, and we will tell you which agencies we know of that are licensed there. You choose who to appoint. Free to look. We do not charge you to find one.
Tell us the workers you need
Construction workers
General construction, formwork, bar-bending, scaffolding, welding, electrical and plumbing trades. Usually a Work Permit in the Construction sector, which means the worker's skills must be tested and their employer must meet the sector's quota rules.
Only workers from these countries can legally hold a construction Work Permit: Malaysia, China, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bangladesh, Myanmar, the Philippines, Bhutan, Cambodia, Laos, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Taiwan. Nepal, Indonesia and Vietnam cannot — workers from those three can only come for construction work on an S Pass or an Employment Pass, which are not sector-limited. (Indonesian workers can also take a Migrant Domestic Worker Work Permit — a different sector, not construction.) A Nepali or Vietnamese builder is not a construction Work Permit hire, whoever tells you otherwise.

Meat processing and process-sector staff
Abattoir and butchery work, cutting, deboning, packing, and food-manufacturing lines. The process sector has its own Work Permit rules and its own skill-testing requirements, and most agencies licensed for construction are not licensed for this.
Ask us for agencies licensed for process-sector placements, in the country you want to hire from — not just any manpower company.

Cleaners
Commercial and office cleaning, building and estate cleaning, hospital and food-hygiene cleaning, and stewarding. A Services-sector Work Permit with its own age and quota rules, and a different set of sending countries that actually work.

We hold the published register of licensed overseas recruitment agencies for nine countries — read from each government's own list. These counts were recomputed and de-duplicated on 12 October 2026 from our own copies of the registers; the date on each card is the day we downloaded that register. One entry per licence number (for the Philippines, one entry per agency name, because its register does not publish licence numbers). This is how many entries we hold from each register — every agency on it, in whatever state its licence stands today:
A licence is not a promise. Every one of these numbers counts entries on a government register, not agencies licensed today: the Philippines register is the one that keeps dead licences on it — it lists 3,796 entries covering 3,789 agencies, and 2,626 of those entries are not valid today — cancelled, expired, suspended, revoked, delisted, banned or otherwise not current — against 1,170 that are (register read 6 October 2026). A licence the register shows as current tells you an agency is allowed to recruit — it does not tell you the agency is any good at the work you need. Ask us which ones supply your work, say so if you want only current licences named, and check the licence number yourself.
What we do — and what we do not
What we do: we hold the published registers of licensed overseas recruitment agencies for nine countries, read from each government's own list and kept current. When you tell us the workers and the country, we tell you which agencies are licensed there for that work, and what their licence number is — so you can check it yourself against the government register.
What we do not do: we are a job board, not an employment agency. We do not recruit, interview, shortlist, negotiate your worker's salary, submit a work pass or place anybody. The agency you choose does the recruitment; you are the employer. We never charge a candidate, for anything.
If you are an agency
If you are licensed to send workers overseas and you specialise — construction, meat processing, cleaning, or something else entirely — we will advertise your speciality on this page to Singapore employers, and list your job orders on the board with the pay written out.
And you can put your members on the board yourself, in one file, in one go — up to your free allowance — 500 member spaces, USD150 worth at our promotional price — free for a limited time, for every agency that registers. The 500 spaces are USD150 worth of space and cost you nothing while this lasts. Spaces are one-time use: a space is spent when a member goes on the board and does not come back when an employer takes him, so the room you have left is the room you have left. Need more than the 500? 200 extra spaces for USD60 — the button appears in your agency dashboard once you are past three-quarters of your allowance. Download the template, fill the columns, upload it, and every row is checked on the spot with the reasons told to you row by row. Put your workers on the board →
You do not have to find the jobs yourself. You post your members once, each one filed under the trade he actually works, and the Singapore employers and Singapore agencies hiring that trade search the board themselves. When one of them chooses a member of yours, we come to you first, with one question: is he still available? You have 24 hours, and one click answers it. A yes hands that employer your agency’s contact details — the person in charge, never your member’s own phone or email — or passes them to the employment agency acting for him, and the two of you agree the terms from there. A no — or no answer inside 24 hours — is read as not available, costs that employer nothing, and takes your member off the board. It replaces sending each new member’s details to one Singapore agency after another and hoping one of them is hiring that trade.
Before you do, read what your agency gets out of it — the free spaces (500 for every agency — USD150 worth) and why the ceiling exists, the member you keep, the fee we never touch, and what we will never do: For overseas employment agencies →

Straight limit: we are new, and this page is being filled in from the agencies that answer. If your category or country is not listed yet, say so — that tells us where to look next. Nothing on this page is a promise that a pass will be approved: MOM decides that, never us and never an agency.
