The AI prepares, translates, explains and checks. It never chooses.
Five tools, free. Each one asks for your consent first and records it, because your text goes to an AI service. Every call is logged with its token count and cost so we can see what it really costs. None of these tools makes a decision about any person — the employer decides who to hire, and MOM decides passes.
Consent not given yet — every tool stays switched off.
1. Job-ad writer, with the compliance scan on its own output
2. Translation
English into Filipino, Vietnamese, Burmese, Hindi or Tamil — and back into English. The translation is re-checked against the same MOM/TAFEP rules, so nothing can be smuggled in that the English did not say.
3. Salary and pass check (COMPASS reality check)
The figures come from MOM's own published tables, applied by a fixed rule table — not by the AI. The AI only explains them. Nobody here tells you that you qualify: MOM decides that.
4. CV review: feedback on the document, never a verdict on you
Consent notice. Your CV is personal data and it is sent to an AI service outside Singapore to be read. That is why you must tick both boxes at the top before this tool runs: the general AI consent and the separate cross-border consent. Nothing is sent until you do.
5. Interview practice kit
Consent notice. The role and any job ad you paste here are sent to an AI service outside Singapore, so tool 5 needs the same two ticks at the top. It never claims to know what a particular employer will ask — it prepares you for the kind of question, and it tells you which questions an employer here may not lawfully ask you.
