What BestHirePath does
Shows your trade, your country and your contact to employers in Singapore who are hiring for your kind of work. That is all. It is a notice board.

You have the trade. The work is in Singapore. What is usually missing is being seen by the employer who is hiring for exactly what you do — and having a licensed agency standing behind you on the day one of them picks you.
This is free, it takes about three minutes, and there is no account to make. Nobody at BestHirePath charges you — not to be on the board, not to be contacted, not when you are chosen. That is a promise, not a price list.
Two ways in — and if you are already in Singapore, you need no agency
If you are overseas and a licensed agency in your own country looks after you, you must name it. If you are from India, that agency must be licensed in India. If you are from the Philippines, in the Philippines. Why: a work pass is not something a job board can process, and BestHirePath never pretends to. If a Singapore employer chooses you, you join that agency officially, and the agency handles your work pass together with the employer — or with the Employment Agency that employer uses. That is how a hiring from abroad actually gets done, and it is why the agency is named before you appear on the board.
If you are a Singaporean or a PR living in Singapore, you are the exception: you need no agency and no work pass. There is nothing for you to name and nobody sits in the middle. When one of them wants you, we email you one question: are you still looking? You answer with one click, and you have 24 hours. A yes sends them your contact details.
What BestHirePath does not do
It does not choose anyone, rank anyone, shortlist anyone or recommend anyone. Employers read the board and decide. And it never asks you for money.
What your agency does when you are chosen
They take over. Your work pass is processed with the Singapore employer or that employer's Employment Agency, and they tell you what documents they need.
What you need to fill in
1. Your real name
As it is written on your passport. Not a nickname and not "Worker 1".
2. A phone number or an email
So an employer can reach you. A mobile number is enough — many people give only that.
3. The country you are from
And the city you are in now, if you want to add it.
4. The work you do
Construction, meat processing, cleaning, manufacturing, food and beverage, shipyard, healthcare, driving, warehouse, security, retail or beauty.
5. Your agency, and its licence if you know it
The licensed agency in your own country. Its licence number helps an employer check it — but you can leave that blank if you do not have it.
You control this. When you finish we give you a profile key — a short code that is the only way back into your own record. With it you can change your details or take yourself off the board at any time. Keep it: we cannot re-send it.
