What we are not
- We are not an employment agency and we do not hold an Employment Agency licence, because we do not carry out agency work.
- We do not place, supply, deploy or manage workers.
- We do not arrange interviews, negotiate pay, or represent an employer or a candidate.
- We do not apply for, obtain, expedite or guarantee a work pass. Only MOM decides a work pass.
- We do not give advice on your own immigration, employment or tax position.
- We do not charge a candidate anything, and we do not pass a candidate's details to anyone except the employer they applied to.
- We do not rank, score, sort or shortlist people. The employer writes the criteria and the employer decides.
What the AI on this site does and does not do
The AI writes, translates, explains and checks text. Fixed rules — not the AI — produce every work-pass figure, and those figures come from MOM's published tables, dated on this site. The AI never decides anything about a person, never scores a candidate, and never tells an individual whether they qualify. It is a writing and explaining tool.
General information, not advice
Everything on this site about passes, salaries, levies and quotas is general information about Singapore's published rules, current as at the date shown, offered free. It is not advice for your situation, and rules change. Before you rely on anything here for a real decision — hiring a foreign employee, accepting a job, or moving country — check the current position with MOM, with a licensed employment agency, or with a lawyer or adviser of your own. Where this site and MOM disagree, MOM is right.
Job ads belong to the employer
Employers write their own ads and are responsible for what they say, including that the pay, the hours and the duties are true. Every ad passes an automated compliance scan before publication and carries no guarantee of accuracy beyond that. If an ad asks you for money, or promises you a pass, tell us at hello@besthirepath.com and we will remove it.
No promise of outcome
Posting an ad, creating a profile or using a tool produces no guaranteed result: not a shortlist, not an interview, not a job, not a pass, not a salary. Fee-charging for a job outcome is unlawful in Singapore and we do not do it, and neither should anyone who contacts you through this site.
