BestHirePath Post a job free

Before you pay us, you should be able to see exactly who you are paying.

So here it is: the company, the registration number, what we are, what we are not, what we check, and what happens when we get it wrong. It is about the length of a coffee break — and if anything on your invoice does not match this page, tell us at hello@besthirepath.com and it is fixed.

The company behind this board

BestHirePath is operated by Kyly CST Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore under UEN 201942481M. The same two facts are printed in the footer of every page on this site and in the machine-readable record of the company, because a job board that will not name its own entity is asking you to take a risk it will not take itself.

What we are: a wholly web-based job board. Employers publish ads; candidates read them and apply; we also publish free tools that check an ad against Singapore’s fair-hiring and salary rules before it goes live.

What we are not: an employment agency. We do not arrange interviews, negotiate salaries, submit work passes or place anyone, and we are not licensed to place anyone. Nothing on this site is a promise of a job, a visa or a pass — only MOM approves a pass and only an employer makes an offer.

How we make money, and what it does not buy

Candidates never pay us anything. No fee to apply, none for an introduction, none for a job, and none for a pass. If anybody ever asks you for money to get a Singapore job, that is a scam and it is not us.

Employers pay for reach: posting packs when the free places are used up, optional boosts, and candidate contact packs. The first 300 employers get 5 free postings each while the board fills, and that offer is real — the number of places left is printed on the free-postings page.

Paying changes no check and no order. A trust letter is computed from checks that actually ran; a badge cannot be bought; money never moves an employer up a list or a candidate above another candidate. When a price changes we say so before it changes — current packs and both end-dates are on the employer page.

What we check — and what we do not

Every employer carries a trust letter, and it says what was checked rather than how we feel about them:

What we do not do: we do not verify your certificates or your identity document ourselves, and we never present somebody else’s government check as our own. Where a check is run by MOM or another body, their name is on the line next to it.

When we get it wrong

Tell us and it is put right: hello@besthirepath.com. A payment that bought nothing usable is refunded under the policy written out at besthirepath.com/refund, and an ad that should not have passed the check is taken down when we find it.

Email is the only channel we use, for us and for you: no phone calls, no WhatsApp, and no messages that vanish. Everything we tell you is in writing, in your inbox, where you can keep it.

Where we are honest about being new

This board went up in 2026 and it is still small. The number of jobs actually live is printed at the top of the jobs page, and it is the real number — we would rather show you a small board than pad it with ads we have not checked or roles that no longer exist.

You are reading this because we would rather earn the first payment than assume it. If you hire through us and something about this page turns out to be untrue, that is on us, and the fix is the same as above: one email.
