You have a Singapore role nobody here can take
The candidate who can actually take the job needs a Work Permit, S Pass or Employment Pass. Read your ad as they read it: it does not tell them what they will be paid in money they can picture, or who they would be working for. That is the ad they scroll past.
First 300 employers on BestHirePath each get 5 postings free — and if you post 5 within your first 2 weeks, we add 5 more, still free. After that, the free plan holds 1 live job at no cost, and a single post is S$63. No card. No subscription. Nothing to cancel.
First 300 employers, capped at 300 places. If a later batch is opened for other industries, it will be posted here before it opens.
Refer another employer: the moment the employer you send takes a place and publishes an ad, 5 more free postings are added to your account — up to 5 referrals. Your referral link appears on your dashboard as soon as you have an account.
Places taken
3 of 300 places taken. 297 left, 5 free postings each.
What the 5 postings are, exactly
- 5 job ads, each live on besthirepath.com with its own page a search engine can index and a candidate can share.
- No card is asked for, and no plan starts by itself. A place is 5 postings, not a trial that turns into a bill.
- Every ad is scanned before it publishes. The scan blocks the things that get an employer in trouble: a salary below what that pass requires, an age limit, asking a worker for money.
- Every ad must state two facts before anyone applies: the fixed monthly salary and your registration status. Which pass you will file is told to us privately (an ad does not print a work pass), so the pay can be checked against MOM's floor for it. A local applicant needs none of the pass detail — and costs you no levy.
- Pay is shown in the candidate's own money next to the Singapore dollars — pesos, rupees, kyat, taka — with the exchange rate and its date printed on the line.
Who can take a place
A place is for a real, registered company. Before anything can be posted, the account has to be built:
- The registered company name, as it appears on your registration.
- A Singapore UEN — 201942481M for a company, 12345678X for a sole proprietorship or business, T/S/R for other entities. We check the shape of it, not a company record — confirming it costs a fee and a person, and we will not claim a check we did not run.
- The company's own website. We fetch it once, for real, and note whether the company name is on it.
- The person answerable for the ad, and a phone number.
- An email on the company's own domain. A personal mailbox — Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and the like — will not post here, because a job ad has to come from the company. An official company inbox such as hr@ or info@ is exactly right.
Nothing has to be uploaded, nothing is charged, and the check runs as you type, so you are never told no at the end of a form. If your company genuinely has no domain of its own — a one-person operation that runs on a personal address — email hello@besthirepath.com and the desk will look at it.
Why this changes your week
Before: your ad sits in front of people who cannot take the job, and the worker who could take it cannot even apply on the government board — that needs Singpass, which foreigners do not hold, and they cannot tell from your ad whether you will file a pass at all.
After: the person you actually need reads an ad that answers the two questions they must answer before applying — can I take this job, and what will I earn — so the reply you get is from someone who can start.
What the delay costs you: the role stays open while the work is covered by overtime or a contractor, and the ad you have already paid for keeps drawing people who cannot take the job.
What we are not promising
- We are new and this board is small. We will not pretend it has thousands of readers today. What you get for being early is that your ad is one of the first: near the top of its category, in front of everyone who arrives.
- We cannot promise a number of applicants. Any board that promises 50 applicants on day one is guessing.
- We are not an employment agency. We do not arrange interviews, negotiate pay, file passes or place anyone, and we never handle pass fees, levy or bond money.
When the 5 are used
Your ads stay live. To post more you pick a pack or a plan, and you approve the payment page — nothing bills itself:
| What | Price now (promotional, until 30 Nov 2026) | From 1 December 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| One post | S$63 | S$126 |
| Three posts | S$162 S$54 a post | S$324 S$108 a post |
| Ten posts | S$450 S$45 a post | S$900 S$90 a post |
Prices are read from this site's own plan table. All three posting packs are at a promotional price until 30 November 2026; from 1 December 2026 they are S$126, S$324 and S$900. The per-post price falls as the pack grows: S$63, then S$54, then S$45. That is the whole of it — no countdown, no disappearing offer.
More than 5 roles?
If you have a list of vacancies — a cleaning contract, a shipyard deadline, a dozen outlet roles — email hello@besthirepath.com with the list and we will load them onto your account for you. You still write them, approve them and decide who to contact.
Straight answers
Is posting on BestHirePath really free?
First 300 employers get 5 postings free — posting 5 within the first 2 weeks adds 5 more free, and 5 more for each employer you refer who takes a place and publishes an ad (up to 5 referrals), with no card and no subscription. The Free plan after that covers 1 live job, and packs start at S$63 for a single post (a promotional price until 30 November 2026). Nothing is ever charged without you approving a payment page first.
What happens when my 5 free postings are used?
Your ads already live stay live. The free plan still holds one live job at no cost; to post more than that you choose a pack: S$63 for one post, S$162 for three, S$450 for ten (promotional until 30 November 2026). Every price is a one-off payment — there are no subscriptions and nothing bills itself.
Who can take one of the 300 places?
A real, registered company. To post at all, the account has to be built: the registered company name, a Singapore UEN, the company's own website, the person answerable for the ad, a phone number, and an email on the company's own domain. A personal mailbox such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail will not post, because a job ad has to come from the company. We check the shape of the UEN, not a company record. A company with no domain of its own can email hello@besthirepath.com and the desk will look at it.
Do candidates pay anything?
No. Looking for a job and applying are free forever, and no one is ranked by who paid. BestHirePath never takes a fee from a worker.
Is BestHirePath an employment agency?
No. It is an online job board. It does not arrange interviews, negotiate salaries, submit passes or place anyone, and it never collects pass fees, levy or bond money.
