Find out if the job can hire you before you apply
Every advertisement here shows the fixed monthly salary and the company doing the hiring, so you know what you are walking into before you spend an evening on an application. Employers pay us. You never do: there is no fee for applying, for an introduction, for a job, or for a pass. That last one is a crime in Singapore and we would not touch it. If anyone asks you for money to get a Singapore job, walk away and report it.
Looking for work? You need no account and there is nothing to pay. Put yourself on the board so Singapore employers can find you, and name the licensed agency in your own country that will act for you on the day you are chosen.
Candidates from Singapore and the work-pass source countries. In addition to Singapore candidates, candidates come from the nine NTS countries MOM allows on a Work Permit: the Philippines, India, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Bhutan — plus Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea and Taiwan, which MOM also allows on a Work Permit. A candidate from a country with no Work Permit route can be put forward for S Pass and Employment Pass roles. A licensed agency in any of them can put you on this board, and a Singapore-licensed agency may list its own members. Wherever you are from, you can be put in front of Singapore employers.

Badges are earned, never bought
There is nothing to buy here. A badge records something you actually did on this site — and every badge is worked out from our own records each time the page is loaded, so it cannot be edited, granted or bought:
- Profile complete — your name, where you are now, your nationality and the work you want are all filled in.
- CV reviewed — you ran your CV through the free review tool. It says you did the work; it does not say the CV is good, because we do not judge people.
- Interview prep done — you built an interview practice kit for a role.
- Applied direct — you sent at least one application straight to an employer.
And what you will not see here: we do not check your identity document, your certificates or your exam results ourselves, so there is no badge here claiming we did. We do not run assessments and we do not score you. A badge we cannot stand behind is just a lie with a tick on it.
Some checks are done by other people — the government, or an identity company. Those are shown separately below, with the name of whoever checked them on the line. They are not our badges, and they are not earned on this site.
Checked credentials, and who checked them
This works differently from the badges above, and the difference matters:
- A badge is ours. It records something you did on this site. We work it out from our own records every time the page loads, and it can never be edited, granted or bought.
- A credential is not ours. Somebody else checked something and told us the result. We show it with their name on it and the date it was checked, and nothing appears until they have reported back. Every credential carries an expiry date — we do not keep old claims alive.
The checks below are run by a Singapore government body or a licensed provider. We link you straight to them rather than charge you, or an employer, for passing the link along.
- Identity document — checked by an identity provider.
Confirms the document is genuine and the person holding it is the person on it.
Cannot show: they can work in Singapore, and says nothing about skill or experience.
Paid to the provider, never to us. Not switched on yet — nothing is recorded until it is. - Work pass validity — checked by MOM (Ministry of Manpower).
Confirms the pass is real, its type, and its expiry — the single thing an employer must know before hiring a foreign worker.
Cannot show: Says nothing about how good they are at the job.
Free. Open the free check → - Safety training (WSH) — checked by MOM (Ministry of Manpower).
Confirms MOM-recognised certificates are genuine — CSOC, MSOC, SSIC, BCSS, BISH, SSSC — and whether a certificate runs 2 or 4 years based on that worker’s employment period in Singapore.
Cannot show: Covers MOM-recognised WSH courses only, and only records from 2017 onward.
Free. Open the free check → - Food hygiene certificate — checked by SFA (Singapore Food Agency).
Confirms a food handler has passed the required course.
Cannot show: Covers food hygiene only.
Free. Open the free check → - Security officer licence — checked by SPF (Police Licensing & Regulatory Department).
Confirms a security officer licence is held and current.
Cannot show: Covers this licence only. Note that a foreigner can hold one only with a valid work pass.
Free. Open the free check → - Singapore qualification (WSQ) — checked by SkillsFuture Singapore.
Confirms a WSQ certificate is genuine and untampered.
Cannot show: Covers Singapore WSQ awards. It does not verify overseas degrees, diplomas or transcripts.
Free. Open the free check → - Past employment — checked by a background-check provider.
Would confirm a past employer, role and dates.
Cannot show: NOT RELIABLY AVAILABLE for the Philippines, Vietnam or Myanmar. The one provider publishing international rates lists a country-specific employment-verification price for India only.
Paid. Not switched on yet — nothing is recorded until it is.
The checks below are run by a Singapore government body or a licensed provider. We link to them rather than charge for passing the link along; the ones that cost money go to the provider, never to us.
The identity document check is not switched on, so nobody is charged anything today. When it is switched on, any fee goes to the company doing the checking — never to us — and the site will say plainly, before you use it, whether the fee is yours or the employer's. You can use everything else on this site without it.

Straight answers
Does it cost anything to use BestHirePath?
No. There is no fee for applying, no fee for an introduction, no fee for a job and no fee for a pass — charging a candidate for a Singapore job is unlawful. Employers pay BestHirePath; candidates never do. If anyone asks you for money to get a Singapore job, that is a scam or a breach of the law.
Is BestHirePath an employment agency?
No. BestHirePath is a job board, not an employment agency. It is not allowed to place you and does not try to: it does not arrange your interview, negotiate your pay, submit your work pass or rank you against other candidates. The employer decides everything.
Can I buy a badge or pay to be ranked higher?
No. Every badge is computed live from BestHirePath's own records and records something you actually did on the site, so it cannot be edited, granted or bought. Nothing on this site can be bought into a better position, and money never changes how a candidate is treated.
How do I actually apply for a job on BestHirePath?
Open the job and send your details: your application is recorded against that job and it goes straight to the employer. You send your CV yourself from your own mailbox to the employer's address, so nobody in between forwards, filters or screens it.
Does BestHirePath decide whether I get a work pass?
No. Only Singapore's Ministry of Manpower can grant a work pass. BestHirePath never submits a work pass and cannot promise one, and neither can an employer. The pass check on this site only shows you what MOM's published salary rules require for your age and the pass type.
What work passes can I look for on BestHirePath?
Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass roles posted by employers in Singapore. Each listing states the pay the employer has published, and you can search the board before you spend time on an application.
