In Singapore the employer applies for the work pass — there is no sponsor licence to check, and nobody can guarantee one. What decides whether you can be hired: whether the employer is a registered Singapore company, what the job actually pays, and whether the employer can file a pass for the role at all. MOM and TAFEP do not allow a job advertisement to name a work pass, so no ad on this board carries one — the employer tells you which pass they will file when you apply, and you can ask before you do.
