BestHirePath Post a job free

Post your job ads free — every ad shows the pay and the employer

Already written the ad? Check it free before you publish — paste the words, see every phrase MOM and TAFEP's published rules flag and why, and see what pass the salary you printed can actually support.

Two things go wrong with a job ad in Singapore. It does not say what it pays, so the people you want scroll past. And one careless line in the wording — an age, a language, a preference — breaks MOM's or TAFEP's published rules, and it is the employer who carries that, long after the ad is gone. Both are checked here before the ad publishes, free, and the fix is named on the screen.

The same check reads the salary you printed against MOM's published floor for the role, so you also learn what the pay you had in mind can and cannot support before you commit to it.

A local hire costs you no levy, no bond and no pass application, and your post reaches them the moment it goes live. For a hire from abroad, the same post carries the salary-viability check and the MOM/TAFEP scan, so you see the government cost before you commit to anyone.

Every ad is open to everyone who can do the job. Posts stay open to Singaporeans and PRs first. Where a role can also go to someone who needs a work pass, MOM's rules for that pass apply and the pay is checked against them before the ad publishes — the pass itself is never named in the advertisement. A candidate from a country with no Work Permit route can be put forward for S Pass and Employment Pass roles.

The question no other board answers: will your pay actually pass?

Every ad on this board is checked against MOM’s published pass rules before it publishes, and the verdict is printed on the ad itself — including when the answer is no. If the pay you set cannot get the pass you need, you see it on your own ad page, free, before a single candidate applies.

Want to test a number before you post anything? The floors are on salary floors and the employer’s true cost is on work-pass costs — both cited to MOM with the date each figure was checked. Or open a live ad and read its verdict.

Hiring from overseas for the first time? Read the step-by-step guide — how a Singapore SME hires a worker from the Philippines: which pass, MOM's minimum salaries, the 14-day MyCareersFuture advertising rule and the Work Permit levy tiers. Every figure is cited to MOM with the date it was checked.

5 postings free, while places last — 5 more if you post 5 in your first 2 weeks, and 5 more for every employer you refer

The first 300 employers on BestHirePath each get 5 postings free — no card, no subscription, and no plan starts by itself. After the five, the free plan holds 1 live job at no cost, and a single post is S$63. Your account takes a place automatically when it posts a job or is created, if it passes the posting gate below.

Who can post here: a real, registered company. To post, the account needs the registered company name, a UEN, the company's own website, the person answerable for the ad, a phone number, and an email on the company's own domain — a personal mailbox (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and the like) will not post. We check the shape of the UEN only — we do not check a company record; the company's own domain and the website we do check for real. No company domain of your own? Email hello@besthirepath.com and the desk will look at it.

3 of 300 places taken. 297 left, 5 free postings each.

Plus 100 paid contacts free on every new employer account. One paid contact buys one accepted introduction: on the agency's yes you receive that person's full resume and the agency receives your company details, and the two of you arrange the interview between you. A refusal costs nothing. Nothing to buy to start.

Refer another employer: the moment the employer you send takes a place and publishes an ad, 5 more free postings are added to your account — up to 5 referrals. Your referral link appears on your dashboard as soon as you have an account.

1. Write the ad

Posted a job already? Sign in to see your ads, edit what the board shows, boost one or take it down. An account is free and takes a moment — create one with the work email you posted with.

A job ad has to come from the company. A personal mailbox (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and the like) will not post here — use the address on your company's own domain.

We never publish this. Singapore's tripartite guidelines do not allow a job advertisement to name a work pass, so your ad carries none — we keep this only to warn you if the pay you entered sits below that pass's floor, and to work out your levy and quota. Not sure which pass? Run the free work-pass self-check (30 seconds).

These three are optional, but they are what a candidate asks first — and they print on the ad as “Not stated by the employer” when you leave them blank. Filling them in is the cheapest credibility you can buy.

This is shown on the ad. Philippine workers leave on an OEC / OFW Pass and cannot simply fly out on a job offer — the candidate needs to know which route you are using.

What this hire costs you each month

Enter the salary (and the pass) above and this updates. Every figure comes from MOM, with the date it was read.

2. Promote it (optional)

Boosting puts your advertisement in the Promoted block at the top of its category. Candidates never pay and are never ranked. Every promoted ad is labelled Promoted, and slots per category per day are capped so the band you buy is always the band you get. An ad that has not passed the compliance scan cannot be boosted.

Seen first in Promoted for 3 days

Your advertisement sits in the Promoted block, where candidates browsing this category see it first. Top 50 — 3 days, capped at 50 slots per category per day, so the band you buy is the band you get.

S$19 one-off

Seen first in Promoted for 2 days

Your advertisement sits in the Promoted block, where candidates browsing this category see it first. Top 10 — 2 days, capped at 10 slots per category per day, so the band you buy is the band you get.

S$39 one-off

Seen first in Promoted for 1 day

Your advertisement sits in the Promoted block, where candidates browsing this category see it first. Top 3 — 24 hours, capped at 3 slots per category per day, so the band you buy is the band you get.

S$69 one-off

Seen first in Promoted for 1 day

Your advertisement sits in the Promoted block, where candidates browsing this category see it first. #1 position — 24 hours, capped at 1 slot per category per day, so the band you buy is the band you get.

S$99 one-off

These four boost prices are promotional until 30 November 2026; from 1 December 2026 they double.

3. Plans and prices

Posting is free: the Free plan carries 1 live ad, and the launch offer gives the first 300 employers 5 postings each at no charge. The one-off packs in this list are for extra volume only — nothing here has to be bought to get a job on the board.

Hiring is one job; the admin around it is another. ScaleSMEs puts an AI department to work for 30 days free — nine departments, sixty-three agents, no card, nothing charged — for the paperwork and follow-up that arrive after you make the hire. See the departments.

We never collect pass fees, levy or bond money — you pay MOM directly. We do not arrange interviews, negotiate salaries or submit passes for you, and you write the criteria and you decide who to contact.

Straight answers

How long does a job ad stay on BestHirePath?

As long as you want it to. An ad stays live until you take it down from your dashboard - there is no 30-day clock, no auto-expiry and no renewal fee. A promotion runs for 3 days from the day it starts.

How much does it cost to post a job on BestHirePath?

Posting a job is free. Paid options exist for a higher place in the list and for more job posts, each a one-off payment with nothing monthly, and they never change anything for a candidate: no candidate pays anything and no candidate is ranked. Boosted ads always carry a visible Promoted label.

Does BestHirePath screen, rank or shortlist candidates for me?

No. BestHirePath is a job board, not an employment agency. You write the screening criteria yourself, you see every application, and you make the hiring decision. BestHirePath does not arrange interviews, negotiate salaries, submit work passes or place candidates.

What is the compliance scan on a job ad?

Every ad is checked by an automated scanner against Singapore's MOM and TAFEP rules before it can publish or be promoted. Blockers must be fixed before the ad goes live; warnings are shown to you but do not stop publication. A promoted ad has passed exactly the same scan as every other ad.

Does paying to promote a job change how candidates are treated?

No. A boosted ad is pinned higher in the Promoted block so more people see the advertisement. No candidate is ranked, scored or shortlisted by BestHirePath, and boosting cannot make an out-of-quota or non-compliant role publish. Slots per category per day are capped, so the band you buy is the band you get.

Does BestHirePath submit work passes or collect government fees for me?

No. Work passes are applied for by the employer or your appointed agent and decided by MOM alone, never by BestHirePath and never by any employer promise. BestHirePath never collects pass fees, levy or bond money — you pay MOM directly.

Is posting a job on BestHirePath open to any Singapore employer?

Yes. Employers post the vacancy themselves and the ad must pass the compliance scan before it publishes. BestHirePath covers Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass roles, and the salary-viability check shows you what MOM's published salary rules require for the pass you are targeting.

Who you are paying

Kyly CST Pte Ltd, UEN 201942481M, Singapore. We operate BestHirePath, we are a wholly web-based job board, and we are not an employment agency — we do not arrange interviews, negotiate salaries, submit work passes or place anyone, and we are not licensed to do any of that.

What you buy here is reach: your ad in front of candidates, or a candidate's contact details. It never buys a badge, a better trust letter, or a place above another employer — our trust letters are computed from checks that ran, and paying changes nothing in them.

If it does not work, the refund policy is written out at besthirepath.com/refund — and you can ask us anything at hello@besthirepath.com. Email is the only channel we use: no phone calls, no WhatsApp, and every answer in writing. More about who you are paying →
