Paste your ad. See what MOM and TAFEP would flag before you publish it.
You know what the job needs. What an ad also says, without meaning to, is what someone else reads. An ad that reads as closed to Singaporeans, or that prices the role below the pass floor, costs you the posting and can cost you the right to hire. This shows you both, in a second, free.
What this checks, and what it cannot
It checks your ad against the rules MOM and TAFEP publish about what a job advertisement may say: that every job advertised must be open to Singaporeans, that race, age, sex, marital status and pregnancy must not be selection criteria, that the fixed monthly salary has to be stated, and that a pass must never be promised. It also applies MOM's published salary floors to the pay you print, so you can see which pass the role can actually support.
It cannot tell you whether your ad is legal. Only MOM and TAFEP decide that. This shows you what their published rules flag, so you can fix the wording before it costs you a posting — not after.
