Your agency
…
Nothing can go on the board without it — it is what makes your agency a licensed agency.
1. What jobs is your database signing your members up for?
Tick every kind of work you genuinely recruit for. This is what a Singapore employer sees you for — leave off anything you do not actually place.
2. Upload your members
One file. Excel (.xlsx), CSV or Word (.docx) — whichever your office already keeps the list in. If your list lives in a PDF, save or export it as .xlsx or .csv first. Every row is checked as it lands, and anything the board refuses comes back with the reason, row by row.
Your file needs a name, a date of birth (written as YYYY-MM-DD), an email or mobile, the country they are from, and the work they do. Up to your free allowance of members in total — …
You are close to your allowance — do you need more room?
You are holding … of your … spaces. Every space is one-time use — a space is spent when a member of yours goes on the board, and it does not come back when a Singapore employer takes him. Need more room than you have? Choose a block below and pay; the spaces are added the moment the payment clears.
What happens next
Your members appear to Singapore employers hiring for a work pass. When an employer chooses one of your members, he — or the employment agency acting for him — comes to you, and the two of you agree the terms. We never match, shortlist or recommend anybody, we never file a work pass, and we never charge your member.
