When you offer an employer a candidate, one extra paragraph changes what he does next: it puts your candidates in front of the other employers hiring the same trade, at no cost to you or him.

Why we give this away, and what we are not
Because a board with nobody on it is worth nothing to us. Your candidates make the board useful to the employers searching it, and the employers searching it are your next job orders. The blocks cost us nothing to give and they earn us the only thing that matters at the start: being seen.

BestHirePath is a job board, not an employment agency: we do not place anybody, we do not act for employers, and we are not affiliated with MOM or any government body. We never charge a candidate anything. We do not claim your member, and we do not take a cut of your fee. What does an overseas employment agency get from BestHirePath?
A second market for the members you already place. Up to 500 of your current members — the ones who want a job in Singapore — are shown to Singapore employers who are hiring for a work pass, and to the employment agencies acting for those employers. You upload one file, it costs nothing for a limited time, and you keep the relationship with your member and the fee that comes with it.
Does BestHirePath put my members in front of Singapore employment agencies too?
Yes. When a Singapore employer hires through an employment agency, that agency is the one arranging the hire and it sees your members on the board. So a member you list can be picked by a Singapore employer directly, or by the Singapore agency acting for that employer — and in both cases we hand the contact to you.
What does it cost an agency?
Nothing. Listing your members is free for a limited time. There is no subscription, no per-worker charge and no cut of your placement fee. The employer pays BestHirePath, never your worker and never you to be listed.
If I list a worker, can another agency take him?
No. The first agency to list a person on the board keeps him. If another agency uploads the same man, that row is refused and he stays with the agency that listed him first.
How many workers can one agency list?
500 is the free allowance for every employment agency — counted across everything that agency holds on the board. It is deliberately not your whole register: the members worth sending are the ones who genuinely want to work in Singapore now. That 500 is free while this lasts and is worth USD150 at our promotional price. Every space is one-time use: it is spent when a member goes on the board and does not come back when an employer takes him, so posting 400 of 500 leaves 100, and 25 of those being chosen still leaves 100. If you fill more than 375 of it we will ask you whether you need more room, and you can choose 200 extra spaces for USD60.
Is BestHirePath an employment agency?
No. BestHirePath is an online job board. It never matches, shortlists or recommends a worker, never files a work pass, never negotiates a salary and never places anybody. It never charges a worker. You are the agency; BestHirePath is where Singapore finds you.
