People agencies have listed for Singapore work

You can see the work they do, how long they have done it and which licensed agency looks after them — before you spend anything on an ad. When you choose someone, we first check with the licensed agency that looks after them that they are still available — then that agency deals with you directly. Nothing here costs the worker a cent, and it never will.

Already have a code?

Every person listed carries a code like BHP-4K7Q-9M2X — it is on their card. Put it here and we ask the licensed agency that looks after them one question: are they still available? You get an answer within 24 hours — either their contact details, or a plain no. You are only counted for people confirmed available, so a no, or silence, costs you nothing.

What you see, and what you don't. Until you choose someone, a listing shows their work — job, years, availability, shift, skills — and their own reference code. It never shows a name, phone number, email, date of birth or passport. We do not filter anyone by race or religion, and no card shows a person's race, religion or nationality. The one thing you can search on is where a person is now — Singapore, abroad, or the country they are in today — because that decides whether a work pass is needed at all, which is a fact about the job. Someone in Singapore needs no pass and no agency; someone abroad does. Every job here is open to Singaporeans and PRs, and no job ad on this board may screen anyone out on nationality: our own scan refuses an ad that tries. When you choose someone, the details come from the agency that looks after them — or straight from the person, if they are already in Singapore.

How choosing someone works

  1. You choose one person — from the list, or by putting their code in the box above. Their card carries a code, never a name.
  2. We ask the people who look after them one question: is this person still available? The licensed agency answers for an overseas member; the person answers for himself if he is already in Singapore. They have 24 hours.
  3. A yes is the introduction you paid for. We send you their full resume, and we send your company details to the agency that lists them. The two of you then deal directly — the interview, more information, the terms, the start date — and that is one contact off your pack. A no, or no answer inside 24 hours, costs you nothing, and a person who is not available comes off the board. A yes takes him off the board as well — held, not deleted, because he may be hired and he may come straight back on. Whoever answered gets one more click: put him back on the list, or has he been hired. That hired count is the only number we publish for the board actually placing people, and it is the reason we ask.
  4. Whether it ends in a hire is between you and the agency. Salary, terms, the interview, the person's own reasons — we do not sit in on it, we do not talk anyone round, and an introduction is not a promise of a hire. We take no fee from the worker.

One paid contact buys one accepted introduction, not one employee. An agency that wants its own members shown here can list them free — see what agencies get. If nobody is listed in your category yet, that is the honest state of a new board: it fills as agencies join, and the count on each category is the real number, not a projection.
