Everything you want to tell us goes to hello@besthirepath.com. Email is the only channel we use — our choice, not a limitation: no phone call to catch you at a bad time, no WhatsApp thread that vanishes, no form that swallows your message. It is in writing, and you keep a copy.
What we answer, and how fast
We reply inside one working day, Monday to Friday, Singapore time. From Monday morning to Friday, most messages are answered the same day. Nothing about a reply costs you anything.
- An ad that looks wrong — a pay the pass does not allow, a role no pass permits, a company that will not name itself. Send us the link.
- A price that disagrees with the page — if your invoice says one thing and the employer page says another, tell us and we fix the page or the invoice, whichever is wrong.
- A person asked for money — if anyone asks a worker for a fee, a deposit or a “processing” charge to get a Singapore job, that is not us and we want to know.
- Something on this site that is untrue — the fastest way to get a sentence changed is to quote it back to us.
- A pass question — we will point you at the rule and its source. We will not guess at your case; only MOM decides a pass.
What we cannot do
Being straight about this saves you a wasted email:
- We do not approve, speed up or influence a work pass. MOM decides, and no employer promise changes that.
- We are a job board, not an employment agency: we do not arrange interviews, negotiate a salary, submit a pass or place anyone.
- We cannot make an employer reply to you, and we will not hand out a candidate’s phone number or email to an employer — that goes through the agency that listed the person.
- We never charge a worker. Anything asking a candidate for money is a scam and it is not us.
The answers that are already written down
Nine times in ten the question is one of these, and reading it takes less time than waiting for us:
- Straight answers — sixteen common questions, each with its source.
- Prices and what one paid contact buys — both price lists and both end-dates, in one place.
- Refunds — what is refundable, what is not, and how to ask.
- Terms, Privacy and Disclaimer — the paperwork, in plain English.
- Who you are paying — the company, its registration number, and what it checks.
If what you need is not on that list, that is exactly the email worth sending.
Who is on the other end
BestHirePath is operated by Kyly CST Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore under UEN 201942481M. A real company, named on every page and in the footer, with one published address — hello@besthirepath.com — that reaches a read inbox and not a void.
If we get something wrong, the fix starts with the same one email. If we do not answer inside one working day, write again: a second email from you is a fair signal that we dropped it, and it will not annoy us.
